Mr. Newton is an Industry Expert Partner at CCG
Advisors. He has over 29 years of experience in the pest
management industry and has spent the majority of his
career working with the industry's most successful
brands. In his role at CCG Advisors, Bill leverages his
considerable experience to advise pest management
industry clients on strategic planning for exit and
liquidity.
Bill recently retired from Rollins, Inc. as their Vice
President of Operations Support, after a career with
Rollins spanning nearly three decades. He joined the
company in 1976 as a Project Manager, but most of his
positions have been with Rollins' wholly-owned
subsidiary, Orkin, Inc. At the start of his tenure with
Orkin, Mr. Newton developed extensive operational
experience serving as Director of Administration for
Orkin's Southeast Division, Manager of Orkin's Miami
Termite and Homestead, Florida Branches, Manager of the
Atlanta, Miami, North Georgia, and Maryland Regions,
Assistant Vice President of the Southeast Division and
Vice President of Corporate Development. His broad
regional experience in managing successful pest
management branches gives him firsthand knowledge of the
daily challenges faced by owners of the industry’s
leading pest management companies.
Since 1997, Bill served as Vice President of Operations
Support for Orkin. In this position, he oversaw the
Acquisitions, Training and Media Services departments,
as well as the Rollins Customer Support Center, Quality
Assurance and Government Relations, Technical Services,
Fleet, and Franchising divisions. In this capacity, Mr.
Newton was responsible for the acquisition of pest
management companies by Rollins and Orkin and the
integration of companies post-acquisition, among other
duties. His most recent position supported Rollins
companies including Home Team Pest Defense, Western Pest
Services, PCO Services, The Industrial Fumigant Company,
Waltham Services, Crane Pest Control, and TruTech as
well as Orkin. Mr. Newton has coordinated and overseen
some of the industry’s most notable deals over the past
17 years. His thorough understanding of the details of
pest management acquisitions enables him to give
specific and tailored advice to owners interested in a
future sale of their business.
Mr. Newton has an MBA in Marketing from Michigan State
University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from
Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) in Worcester,
Massachusetts.
He and his wife Faye have three adult children. They
enjoy traveling and spending time in Southwest Harbor,
Maine. |
