on mergers & acquisitions, has joined the firm as an

Newton recently retired from
Rollins, Inc. and its subsidiary,
Orkin, Inc. after 29 years of
service with the company and its

culminating with a position as Vice
President, Operations Support, where
Newton was responsible for
overseeing Rollins' ongoing
acquisitions efforts. His
position supported a number of
Rollins companies including Home
Team Pest Defense, Western Pest
Services, PCO Services, The
Industrial Fumigant Company, Waltham
Services, Crane Pest Control and
TruTech, as well as Orkin. He
has combined forces with CCG
Advisors to share his industry
specific knowledge with pest
