Jonathan Thomson
Jonathan Thomson is Vice President at CCG Advisors. Mr. Thomson is responsible for client financial analysis, preparation of client materials and day-to-day management of the transaction process. Jonathan works closely with CCG's clients to understand the intricacies of their business and ensure that each client's strengths are communicated to potential buyers and investors. Jonathan remains involved with each client until the date of closing, facilitating communication among the involved parties and coordinating the due diligence process.

He began his financial career at Cypress Communications, Inc., a national business telecommunications provider, where he was responsible for corporate budgeting, forecasting and performance management.

Mr. Thomson also worked as an Associate in Morgan Keegan & Co.'s Investment Banking Group, where he assisted small and medium-sized companies in a variety of financial advisory assignments including sell-side M&A transactions, private debt and equity raises, and a public offering. During this time, Mr. Thomson gained experience in business valuation, financial modeling and strategic financial advisory.

Prior to joining CCG in 2009, Mr. Thomson served as a Director at TechCFO, an Atlanta-based financial advisory firm where he assisted start-up companies with business planning and venture capital raises.

Mr. Thomson has advised on over 20 client engagements and his depth of experience in business planning and corporate finance ensures that each client receives thoughtful advice and expert insight on achieving their personal, financial and business goals.

Mr. Thomson graduated with his bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and received an MBA from Georgia Tech.
